A minimum non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person is due and payable at the time that you instruct us to proceed with your reservations.
Some individual resorts and cruises require additional deposits of which you will be notified at time of booking.
Final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to departure.
For all bookings made within 45 days of departure from the U.S., full payment is required upon confirmation of your reservations. Payment of any money constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions as described. We accept credit card payments and for your protection we use the fully secured on-line services of Paypal to facilitate these. Online bank transfers are also accepted.
Once an itinerary has been confirmed and is under deposit or final payment, any subsequent change required by the client will incur a change fee of $50.00 for each change.
If it is necessary for you to cancel confirmed tour arrangements for any reason, cancellation fees will apply in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations received within 59 days and 31 days prior to departure from the U.S., will attract cancellation fees equal to 25% of total tour costs, as well as any fees imposed by our contracted suppliers.
Cancellations received within 30 days and 15 days prior to departure from the U.S., will attract cancellation fees equal to 50% of total tour costs, as well as any fees imposed by our contracted suppliers.
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure from the U.S., will attract a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour costs.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover situations where you might be forced to cancel your travel because of situations beyond your control.
Any booking cancelled, amended or altered within 14 days of your departure will not qualify for a refund. Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour arrangements unless the service is cancelled and a refund has been authorized by the supplier who was providing the service.
