All prices are quoted in US Dollars. These are based on confidential contract prices provided to us by New Zealand and Australian suppliers and therefore we cannot provide an itemized breakdown of component costs.
All prices quoted for your vacation itinerary are subject change brought about by currency fluctuations between the New Zealand and Australian dollars and the US dollar. These are fluctuations that might occurr between the date we provided your quotation and the date of your final payment.
Likewise, any changes to local taxes both in the U.S. and in New Zealand and Australia will be included in the final costing.
A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per person is payable at the time that you instruct us to proceed with making your reservations.
Some individual resorts and cruise companies require additional deposits, and if so, you will be notified at time of booking.
Final payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
For all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure from the U.S. full payment is required upon confirmation of your reservations.
Payment constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions as described on this website.
Our preferred method for all payments is by online bank transfers, although credit cards are also accepted at a surcharge.
Once an itinerary has been confirmed and is under deposit or final payment, any subsequent change required by the client will incur a change fee of $50.00 for each change.
If it is necessary for you to cancel confirmed tour arrangements for any reason, cancellation fees will apply in addition to the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations received between 45 days and 35 days prior to departure from the U.S., will attract cancellation fees equal to 25% of total tour costs, as well as any additional cancellation fees imposed by our contracted suppliers.
Cancellations received between 36 days and 15 days prior to departure from the U.S., will attract cancellation fees equal to 50% of total tour costs, as well as any additional cancellation fees imposed by our contracted suppliers.
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure from the U.S., will attract a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour costs.
We strongly recommend you purchase personal health and travel insurance to cover situations where you might be forced to cancel your travel because of situations beyond your control.
Any booking cancelled, amended or altered within 14 days of your departure will not qualify for a refund. Once travel has commenced, no refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour arrangements unless the service is cancelled and a refund has been authorized by the supplier providing the service.
To protect yourself from any unforeseen circumstances that might force you to change or cancel your vacation plans we strongly recommend you purchase personal health and travel insurance.
New Zealand - All passengers require a valid passport. If you are NOT traveling on a US passport you might need a New Zealand visa as well. Please check carefully.
Australia - Although a visa is not required, US passport holders are required to complete an ONLINE Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). This is compulsory and you will be refused boarding of you have not completed this online document.
Participating airlines are not responsible if you fail to obtain all of the necessary international travel documents and if your documents are not correct when you check in, they will refuse to let you board the aircraft.
Your final detailed itinerary documents will be sent to you by email, approximately 2 weeks before you depart the USA.
Costs of passports, visas, and other items of a personal nature such as laundry, meals, tours, and services not specified in the tour itinerary.
New Zealand Vacations, their agents and/or suppliers of service pursuant to in connection with these tours arrangements act only as an agent of the suppliers in making arrangements for any and all services and does not assume any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, death, loss accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default of any hotels, carriers, restaurants, companies or person rendering any of the services included in the tours, or by force majeure.
We cannot assume any responsibility for flight delays, cancellations or missed connections and are not liable for any expenses or resulting consequences. Such expenses shall be borne by the client. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any cancellations, delays, price increases or other alterations to your tour caused by circumstances beyond our immediate control including but not limited to sickness, injury, quarantine, disease, weather conditions, natural disasters, war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, strikes, airport closure, delays or changes in air or other services, pilferage, monetary crisis or any other reasons beyond our control. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the tour passenger. shall accept no responsibility for damage or loss of passenger's luggage or personal effects. We reserve the right to change itineraries or hotels from those listed at any time or for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any tour should such conditions warrant it. In such instances will immediately notify passengers and offer an alternative of comparable standard or refund full amount paid us.
