What are the procedures when you make your bookings with New Zealand Vacations?

A full and legal explanation of our Booking Conditions can be found here, however you will find the following useful as a general guide to how the booking process works.

  1. You create a Wish List and send it to us.
  2. We discuss your Wish List with you and we agree about any changes that could be made, no matter how big or small, that will improve your New Zealand vacation experience.
  3. You then give us permission to proceed with making reservations on your behalf and at this point we ask you to pay a 10% deposit.

Should you later cancel or change your reservations, cancellation fees will apply. See Payments & Cancellation for details.

Some of the activities or accommodation or other parts of your itinerary that you have asked us to reserve might already be fully booked, so we will discuss alternatives with you before booking them. 

You will then be at that exciting point where your itinerary is fully booked and confirmed. If you make changes after this, fees will apply. See  Payments & Cancellation below for details.

Approximately 45 days before your departure we will issue your final invoice and your fully detailed final vacation itinerary.

All you have to do next, is to be at the airport at the appropriate time on the correct departure date!
